CSR policy

We recognise that we have to play our part in supporting the local community and in being a responsible employer.

Many of our staff are involved in business and community initiatives. These include:

Our staff or involved in their Board Bank scheme which places professionals onto the boards of arts organisations to help them met their strategic objectives. Examples include Adam Kerr’s work with All About Audiences (http://www NULL.allaboutaudiences NULL.com/) and John Devoy’s role at The Hammond School (http://www NULL.thehammondschool NULL.co NULL.uk/).

Numerous partners and staff volunteer with North Wales’ based arts organisations ranging from the mentoring of individual art staff of board bank placements. Organisations that we have been involved with in Mostyn Gallery (http://www NULL.mostyn NULL.org/), The Scala (http://www NULL.scalaprestatyn NULL.co NULL.uk/), Bodelwyddan Castle (http://www NULL.bodelwyddan-castle NULL.co NULL.uk/) and Venue Cymru (http://www NULL.venuecymru NULL.co NULL.uk/).

Aaron & Partners are helping to promote Chester Voluntary Action’s “Skill Share (http://www NULL.chesterva NULL.org NULL.uk/index NULL.php/services/98-skillshare)“ initiative which aims at getting local businesses to “match up” with local charities offering them advice, support and resources that otherwise would be unattainable to the charity.

  • Charity Trusteeships

Many of our partners are trustees at a wide range of organisation giving up their time to help them to meet their objectives.   • Sponsorship of the Arts

We have a long legacy of supporting local art events and for many years supported Clwyd T (http://www NULL.clwyd-theatr-cymru NULL.co NULL.uk/)heatr Cymru’s (http://www NULL.clwyd-theatr-cymru NULL.co NULL.uk/) Classical Music Season. We are now the proud sponsors of the The North Wales Art Open, also hosted by Clwyd Theatr Cymru.

  • Business Organisations

Many of our staff are actively involved with business groups in the local region or within their specialist fields. This groups include the local Chamber of Commerce, Chester Business Club, Chartered Institute of Marketing (http://www NULL.cim NULL.co NULL.uk) and Institute of Directors (http://www NULL.iod NULL.com/) with two partners currently serving as North Wales branch chair and Cheshire branch chair.

  • General Fundraising

The firm also supports a variety of other good causes and helps to raise money for projects through firm-wide fundraising as well as supporting individual staff, clients and suppliers with their fundraising efforts.
