Our specialist Employment Team assists with the due diligence process, reviews and drafts the employment and pension warranties and indemnities in sale and purchase agreements and advises on change management programmes arising out of the transaction.
Our Employment Team also drafts and negotiates on the contents of Director’s Service Agreements and Compromise Agreements.
