Our employment solicitors understand that every employer has different requirements. In addition to “traditional” fee structures we are able to offer our clients a range of products and services aimed at providing tailored solutions to suit their needs. All our services are provided by fully qualified solicitors who work with you and take the time to understand your business requirements.
The products we offer include:
Audit
Regular audits of your contracts of employment and consultancy agreements, together with employment practices and your policies and procedures are essential to ensure that your organisation is legally compliant and up to date.
We offer a range of audit solutions:
- reviews of your documentation;
- comprehensive audits within your organisation; and
- mini secondments
Please contact Helen Watson for more details regarding our audit services.
Pre-Payment Scheme
In these pressing economic times we have devised a plan which has proved popular with numerous existing clients. Instead of billing at the set rate once the job is done clients have the option to pre-pay for hours in exchange for a discount in hourly fees.
This set-up benefits both parties. The client saves money whilst still getting high quality legal advice and we are able to offer a discount as pre-paying improves our cash flow. There are no time limits on when the hours have to be used by meaning you can control the amount you wish to pre-book.
Please contact Helen Watson for full details of how our pre-payment scheme could benefit you. Email Helen here
Helpline
Our Helpline facility offers the ideal solution if you require a fixed fee responsive service for one off day to day employment law queries that can be resolved with a telephone call (or email). The fixed monthly fee is based around a client’s expected usage rates and agreed in advance.
Unlike many other similar products in the marketplace, this Helpline offers you your own principle contact on the team and advice is ALWAYS provided by fully qualified, commercially focused solicitors specialising in employment law.

In house training
All employers require bespoke training from time to time, whether in reaction to legislative or case law changes; or simply to ensure that staff with management responsibilities are equipped to spot and deal with issues that arise within the work place. All staff also require training to ensure that they are aware of their obligations to their employer and to each other.
Our experienced speakers provide practical and interactive CPD accredited training on all aspects of employment law. Our in house training is always tailored to a client’s specific requirements (with reference to their policies and procedures).
