Property Litigation

Difficulties can, and do, arise with property. When they do our independently recommended team can help.

Our team advises clients with problems relating to both commercial and residential property. We can also help with claims against property professionals.

We act for owners, occupiers and interested third parties. We receive instructions from clients across the UK including companies, councils, investors, private individuals, estate management teams, developers and from the rural sector.

Whether the issue is the fall-out from a landlord and tenant relationship, adverse possession claims or right of way disputes, an insolvency issue related to property or problems with the development of a property, such as claims to enforce restrictive covenants, we can help find a solution in a cost effective and timely manner.

We can also deal with lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidations claims and applications to assign or sub-let which are resisted.

We work closely with our other real estate colleagues to resolve matters for you and work hard to ensure that any issues are resolved without having to go to court. With in-house trained mediators we will also consider whether mediation is a viable alternative to resolve any dispute.
