Adam read European Languages & Law and spent a year working for a law firm in the south of France. On returning to the UK, Adam joined Aaron and Partners as a trainee, becoming an Associate in 2009 and a Partner in 2011.
Adam’s practice focuses on two main areas; commercial dispute resolution and intellectual property and IT law. In the commercial dispute resolution field, Adam deals with a variety of complex commercial disputes across a broad range of sectors. Adam has developed a reputation for having a robust style whilst, at the same time, being extremely commercial and pragmatic with regards to resolving the dispute. Adam’s experience ranges from County Court to Court of Appeal litigation.
Adam’s intellectual property and IT law practice covers both contentious and non-contentious work. He has represented clients in respect of a number of high value and complex IT development agreements and also deals with the commercialisation of clients’ intellectual property portfolios. On the contentious side, Adam has dealt with all manner of intellectual property infringement cases including, trade mark, patent, copyright, design right and confidential information.
