Emma is a Partner in the Real Estate Team and has considerable experience in all aspects of commercial real estate work including development, investment acquisitions and disposals, portfolio and asset management, real estate finance and all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant work for both investors and occupiers.

She has acted on a number of development schemes for a national food retailer. Emma has also acted for a wide range of other clients including office owners and occupiers, a luxury self-catering holiday park operator as well as landowners disposing of sites for development.

She is a member of The Law Society, Pro-Manchester and Women in Property.

When she is not helping her clients to acquire, develop, manage and dispose of their business premises, Emma enjoys theatre, cinema, reading, gardening, and travel.
