Our People

Helen is head of the employment team at Aaron & Partners. She has extensive experience of all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious including negotiating and drafting service agreements, TUPE disputes, dismissals, Employment Tribunal representation, redundancies and downsizing, trade union disputes, sex discrimination and harassment. Helen also undertakes her own advocacy at Tribunal having gained her Higher Rights of Audience in 2005.

Helen studied Criminology & French at Keele Univeristy before attending Chester College of Law. Once qualified, Helen worked at a leading Staffordshire firm and undertook a Masters in Industrial Relations & Employment Law. In 2004 she joined the Chester office of Hill Dickinson where she built up the employment team from scratch before joining Aaron & Partners in early 2007.

Helen is a fully qualified fitness and aerobics instructor and also enjoys following Everton FC and is Vice-chair of Claire House Children’s Hospice and is the current chair of the IOD North Wales branch.
