Our People

Simon is a commercial lawyer by background and was educated at Manchester Grammar School and University College London.

Simon is persuasive and a skilled negotiator and problem solver. He is a creative and lateral thinker with a wide knowledge and experience of the law, a clear focus and a practical and very commercial way of dealing with his clients’ issues. Simon’s analytical approach identifies the client’s objective and generates a strategy to achieve it.

In addition he is a French speaker and also speaks basic Spanish.

When he is not helping his clients solve their problems he enjoys cars, motorcycles, walking and reading.

Simon is legal advisor to the United Kingdom Warehousing Association, Director of Chester, Ellesmere Port & North Wales Chamber of Commerce and a Member of the Society of Practitioners of Insolvency.
