Insolvency Solicitor Vacancy – Chester
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team.
To be considered for the role you will have 3-5 years PQE and have significant experience in both personal and corporate insolvency work. The emphasis of the role will be on contentious insolvency disputes; therefore it is essential that you have experience of this.
You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills who is at ease when dealing with clients; ensuring that each client receives an excellent level of service.
You will have the ability to manage your workload; managing a number of cases at any one time. You will also have an excellent eye for detail and the desire to get things right first time.
You will have a willingness and aptitude in getting involved in the team/firm’s marketing and business development activities e.g. attending social and networking events (usually with colleagues).
About the Team
Our highly regarded DR&I team has an enviable reputation and is highly ranked in the independent legal guide The Legal 500. The team specialises in all areas of Dispute Resolution and Insolvency law and has a strong client base.
Head of department, Nick Clarke, is an expert in the field and deals with a variety of commercial disputes including shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and disputes in the logistics sector. In relation to insolvency, Nick acts for insolvency practitioners, directors of insolvent companies and individuals and companies with financial difficulties.
Insolvency Partner, Mark Davies, has an extensive and nationwide client base of insolvency practitioners and has been specialising in insolvency work for 26 years. Mark is a full member of R3, The Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
