Planning, Environment, Energy, Regulatory (PEER) Legal Secretary – Chester
About the Role
As a Legal Secretary in the PEER team you will need to:
- Provide partners, solicitors and consultants with a high standard of secretarial service in the production and processing of legal documents and correspondence
- Carry out internal administration duties as required
- General team administration including photocopying, faxing, filing and scanning
- Handling telephone enquiries and directing accordingly
You will need to have experience of working in a legal environment and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including track changes).
You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as a member of a team.
You will have the ability to manage and prioritise your work; with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
