About the role

Aaron & Partners LLP currently have a vacancy within our expanding Marketing team offering

The key skills of the role are the following:

  • Communication
    Effective communication is a must. You will be preparing pages of content to not
    only inform potential clients, but also compel them to do business with us.
  • Research and Attention to detail
    You will have interest in learning and retaining new information. Legal submissions can be
    complex and specialised. Fully understand what is being asked within the tender and then
    ensure that everything the buyer has asked for and needs, is covered clearly within the
    proposal.
  • Excellent Time-Management and multi-tasking skills.
    You will be proactive, you must be confident in your ability to plan your time independently
    and work alone as well as within a team. The role requires a ‘self-starter’ who will need to
    be actively seeking out Bid and Tender opportunities with target clients and target sectors
    (Public and Private).
  • Strategic Approach
    You will work with relevant fee earners to plan the response according to the agreed bid
    strategy with key pricing targets in mind. You will liaise with fee earners and other teams
    within the business as required in order to generate the best content.
  • Creativity
    You will design develop and improve bid and tender documents in line with brand guidelines which will be clear, well laid out and answering the brief.
  • Other responsibilities
    You will manage firmwide Directory submissions and also have other responsibilities such as ISO.

The successful candidate will also have:

  • The ability to work in a team: you will be liaising with different contributors and
    individuals across the firm on all levels of seniority, but the need to self-motivate is
    also a must.
  • Build understanding of technical jargon and translate to layman’s terms as
    necessary.
  • The ability to think clearly using logic and reasoning.
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, Adobe photoshop skills desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven strong planning, organisation, project and time management skills
  • Stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Be proactive, creative and have strong attention to detail

This is a full-time position based at our Chester office.
