About the role

We are seeking an experienced regulatory solicitor to join our PEER (Planning, Environmental, Energy, Regulatory) team with Aaron & Partners.

You will:

  • be a qualified solicitor, barrister or equivalent with ideally 2+ years PQE or newly qualified with proven experience providing legal advice in a regulation setting.
  • have an established history of managing caseloads and proven regulatory or enforcement experience.
  • be a confident person with excellent communication skills and strong academic qualifications who is at ease when dealing with clients; ensuring that each client receives an excellent level of service.
  • be able to quickly adapt to, advise on and present complex legal information in an easy to understand and accessible format.
  • be responsible for providing legal advice on a variety of civil enforcement, policy and regulatory matters.
