I read an interesting article in The Lawyer from November entitled “What Managing Partners Really Hate“.
As I would expect from the Lawyer, it was a well reasoned and well written piece. Perhaps I liked it as it reinforced my own views from working in the profession and having also worked outside it (in banking and then running a management consultancy business looking at developing managers and management teams).
