Senior appointment to strengthen legal firm’s renowned Employment team

8th January, 2020

Leading Chester-based legal practice, Aaron & Partners, has announced three new appointments to strengthen its Chester-based Employment team.

Debbie Coyne joins as a Senior Associate with over 15-years’ experience working in legal practices across the North West. Debbie is an experienced employment specialist having been named as a recommended lawyer by the industry’s coveted Legal 500, ranking as a ‘rising star’ and quoted as having “personal skills that are second to none”.

Debbie will support the team in dealing with all areas of employment law and has worked closely with both private and public sector organisations in the past.

“I’m excited about the new challenges that this role will bring and truly believe my knowledge and experience can further strengthen the offering of the firm’s already well-established Employment team,” said Debbie.

“Aaron & Partners’ focus on providing the highest levels of service and achieving the right outcomes for their clients really appealed to me and I’m pleased to be joining such an ambitious and growing firm.”

Joining Debbie are paralegals Anjali Brown and Jack Parton who will be supporting the department, following an increasing amount of instructions in areas such as atypical contracts and zero-hour contracts, as well as contracts for media and sports professionals.

Helen Watson, Head of Employment Law at Aaron & Partners, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Debbie to the firm. Her impressive experience and knowledge of the industry will be a huge asset to the team.

“Employment law is an incredibly complex area and is constantly changing, therefore it’s important for all our teams to have in-depth knowledge and experience to ensure we continue to provide best-in-class support to our clients and adapt to their individual needs.”
