Stuart Haynes joins Aaron & Partners

Aaron & Partners is delighted to announce the arrival of Stuart Haynes as a Corporate and Commercial Partner based in our Shrewsbury office.
Stuart, who joins the company from a Telford law firm, has been specialising in corporate transactional work, intellectual property licencing and strategy, commercial contract, international trade work and inward investment into the UK for the last 15 years and has dealt with a number of high profile transactions within Shropshire the West Midlands and beyond.
A long standing-member of the Integrated Advisory Group (IAG) International – a network of carefully selected legal, tax and business professionals from around the world – Stuart has acted for numerous UK companies wishing to do business abroad and foreign subsidiaries within the UK, including cross-border transactional work making him ideally placed to advise on legal issues which can arise in different jurisdictions.
