Mark Briegal, our partnership expert, was invited to speak at the prestigious Lexis Nexis Taxation and Partnership Conference in Manchester on 10 October. This event, sponsored by Taxation and the Association of Partnership Practitioners, focused on helping delegates choose the right structure for their businesses. Mark opened the conference with a lively 40 minute session on the comparison of different business structures and the pros and cons of each, looking briefly at hybrid structures and the tax implications.
