Bethan Horton is a Solicitor within our Family team, who advises on a wide variety of family related legal matters, including Children Act proceedings and divorce cases.
Background and Expertise
Bethan studied Law LLB at the Open University, graduating in 2018, having previously completed a history degree at Aberystwyth University in 2013. Bethan joined Aaron & Partners LLP in April 2019 and worked as a paralegal before completing her training contract and qualifying as a solicitor in February 2023.

Bethan is well-versed in handling a wide array of family law matters. She focusses primarily on crafting fair and comprehensive separation agreements for cohabiting couples, protecting the best interests of children in complex Children Act Proceedings, and divorce cases with particular attention to matters relating to financial settlements - providing expert guidance to ensure equitable outcomes.
