About Katie Dyson
Katie is a Solicitor in the Employment team at Aaron & Partners.
Katie joined the Employment team as a Paralegal in August 2013 before commencing her Training Contract in September 2014. During her training contract, Katie completed seats with the Corporate and Commercial and Family teams, spending the majority of her time specialising in Employment law before qualifying in May 2016.

Katie offers practical and commercial advice in dealing with everyday employment law issues including drafting and negotiating employment documentation (including contracts of employment and employee handbooks) and disciplinary and grievance procedures as well as more contentious issues such as employee exits and employment tribunal proceedings.
Katie holds Higher Rights of Audience, meaning that should the need arise, she is able to represent clients in the Higher Courts of England and Wales.
When Katie is not at work, she enjoys European city breaks, yoga and practising her music, in which she holds three Grade 8s.
