About Mark Fergusson
Mark is a corporate and commercial lawyer who was educated at the Liverpool Blue Coat school. He went on to attend the University of Liverpool, studying English Literature, and obtained his law degree at the University of Wolverhampton before completing his studies at the College of Law, Chester.
Mark has considerable experience acting as a trusted adviser to SMEs, owner-managed businesses and those operating in the not-for-profit sector, both locally and nationally. He regularly advises on a wide range of matters, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, company law and commercial contracts. His practice also incorporates specialist advice on intellectual property, charity law and the law of public procurement.
Mark was previously a partner at a well-respected North West commercial practice with a national client base. Mark re-joined Aaron & Partners from private practice in Liverpool in 2016.
Away from the office, Mark enjoys being a taxi service for his four children, growing his eclectic collection of vinyl LPs, reading noir fiction and attending concerts.
