Rachel acts for individuals involved in will, trust or estate disputes including beneficiaries, executors and trustees or any other person who may be affected by the dispute. She has expertise in bringing and defending claims for financial provision from the deceased’s estate and in challenging wills on the grounds of testamentary incapacity, undue influence and fraud. She has experience in resolving issues concerning the construction and terms of the will or trust document and in cases involving the removal or replacement of executors or trustees.
Rachel believes in resolving disputes wherever possible without the need for Court proceedings but where there is no alternative to pursuing a case in Court she has the necessary skills and experience to vigorously represent her client’s interests.
Rachel also advises high net worth individuals with regards to tax and estate planning, wills and powers of attorney as well as making applications to the Court of Protection where family members no longer have the mental capacity to manage their own financial affairs.
