Biography

With a background acting for clients within the hospitality sector, she also holds a wealth of experience in all areas of licensing under the Licensing Act 2003, including Premises Licence applications, variations and reviews, having acted for independent restaurants as well as large-scale organisations.

Stephanie prides herself on understanding the nature of her clients and their businesses, always striving to provide advice which is practical and commercially viable.

When not in the office, Stephanie is usually training for triathlon and Ironman competitions and will be representing Great Britain in the 2018 European Triathlon Championships.
