Biography
Abigail is an Associate Solicitor in our corporate and commercial team in Shrewsbury.
She qualified in 2022 and joined the firm as a Solicitor in November 2023, being promoted to an Associate Solicitor in August 2026. Abigail is involved in a range of corporate transactions such as acquisition and sale of businesses and company restructuring.
Her work also involves EMI share options, terms and conditions and shareholder agreements.
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, going to the gym and socialising with friends and family.
