Simon qualified as a solicitor in 2010 following the completion of his training contract with The National Family Law Practice on the Wirral. Having gained some valuable experience, he joined Aaron & Partners in 2015 as an Assistant Solicitor. His commitment and proficiency to the Family Team led to his promotion to Partner in 2020, and in 2023 he was named head of the team.
