Victoria is an experienced Partner within our Family Law team, with extensive expertise in guiding clients through relationship breakdowns and disputes.
Background and Expertise
Victoria studied at Liverpool University, where she graduated in 2005, becoming a qualified solicitor in 2007.
Following her studies, Victoria worked at Burd Ward Solicitors, where she served as a Director and conducted a wide range of cases in Family and mediation, before joining Aaron & Partners in 2019 as a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Family team. Victoria's dedication and proficiency led to her promotion as a Family Partner in 2023.
Specialisations and Personal Achievements
Victoria specialises in assisting clients with all aspects of relationship breakdowns. Her caseload includes handling divorce and separation cases, all children matters, pre- nuptial, co-habitation and separation agreements, and disputes encompassing TLATA.
Victoria works with private clients, including high net worth individuals, providing them with tailored advice in relation to complex assets, along with empathetic support during emotionally challenging times.
Victoria's experience as a mediator, accredited by Resolution and the Family Mediation Council, allows her to navigate family disputes sensitively while maintaining professional standards and providing robust advice and representation.
Victoria's commitment to her clients is evident in her ability to deliver understandable legal advice, ease clients through stressful situations, and represent them in court when necessary, ensuring a seamless continuity of support.
Her professional certifications include accreditation for Child Inclusive Mediation.
