Emily joined Aaron & Partners in August 2026. She is a Solicitor in our Employment Law team, and is based in our Altrincham office.
Background & Expertise
Emily graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws in Scots and English Law (Honours), before completing her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2024.
She recently completed a diverse traineeship, gaining experience across Scottish Real Estate, Employment Law, Private Client and Corporate Finance, with a particular focus on Energy M&A and Regulatory work.
During her seat in Employment, she gained experience across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters. She supported on numerous corporate transactions, assisted with Employment Tribunal and litigation matters, and was involved in a large-scale redundancy project, managing substantial volumes of documentation and drafting of such.
She has worked with a diverse range of clients, from international corporations and established businesses to private individuals. This has developed her ability to build effective working relationships, communicate complex legal issues clearly and tailor her approach to the needs of each client.
