Biography
Jonathan is a Dispute Resolution Partner based at our Altrincham office. With over 14 years of litigation experience, he specialises in commercial and property litigation. He takes a practical and personable approach to resolving disputes, helping clients understand their position and identify effective solutions.
Background & Expertise
Jonathan trained and worked at two Top 50 law firms in Manchester, qualifying in 2016 before spending eight years practising in Chester. He joined Aaron & Partners in August 2026.
He has expertise in matters across all areas of commercial and property litigation, particularly shareholder disputes, share purchase agreement disputes, restrictive covenant claims in addition to lending and guarantee disputes. He is also adept at handling matters relating to breach of warranty and sales of goods disputes.
Jonathan acts for a broad range of clients, including SMEs, business owners, private individuals, lenders, debt-purchasers, and high street banks and building societies in high-value and often complex matters.

Jonathan advises clients across all stages of the dispute resolution process, from pre-action matters and early risk assessment through to court proceedings, trial and settlement. He has acted for clients in County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, while also helping clients resolve potential disputes before they escalate into formal proceedings.
