Vanessa is a Paralegal in our Restructuring & Insolvency team. She joined Aaron & Partners in July 2026, and is based in our Altrincham office.
Background & Expertise
Vanessa studied Law at Manchester Metropolitan University before gaining experience at a law firm in Manchester. She joined Aaron & Partners in July 2026 as a Paralegal in the Restructuring & Insolvency team.
Supporting the team on a range of insolvency and debt-related matters, Vanessa works with financial institutions, SMEs and PLCs on bankruptcy, winding-up petitions and debt recovery. She has been involved in a number of matters relating to insurance costs recovery, car finance, banking and benefit debt collections, as well as recovering unpaid business rates and energy bills. She is experienced in negotiating payment arrangements and exploring alternative routes to debt recovery where possible.

Vanessa takes a focused and practical approach to her work, supporting senior members of the team in progressing matters efficiently and helping clients navigate the complexities that can arise in insolvency and debt recovery matters. She is adept at managing high-volume caseloads from instruction to enforcement, maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout the process.
