Aaron & Partners has been ranked seventh among the North West’s most highly recommended law firms, following analysis of client feedback gathered through The Legal 500’s annual research.
The result places Aaron & Partners alongside some of the region’s best-known national and independent firms, including Brabners, Fieldfisher, DLA Piper, JMW Solicitors and Hill Dickinson.
Unlike rankings based solely on submissions, deal activity or peer commentary, this analysis is rooted in the views of the people and organisations that instruct law firms.
Clients were asked: “On a scale of 0–10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?” Their responses were used to calculate a net promoter score, a widely recognised measure of client satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.
The Legal 500 analysis drew on nearly 14,000 client responses.
To qualify for inclusion, firms were required to hold multiple Legal 500 rankings and to have received a sufficient number of client responses, making the top-10 position a particularly meaningful reflection of consistent client experience across the firm.
A strong endorsement from clients
Being ranked within the top 10 is especially meaningful because it is based on feedback from the people and organisations we advise. For clients dealing with complex, sensitive or high-value matters, choosing the right legal team comes down to more than technical expertise.
It also depends on trust, clear communication and confidence that their advisers understand what matters to them and prioritise their interests.
CEO Nick Clarke said: “Being ranked seventh in the North West on the strength of direct client feedback is a tremendous endorsement of our people and the way we work. Clients come to us for our expertise, but they also value the personal interest we take in their objectives and the partner-led service they receive throughout a matter.
“A recommendation is one of the strongest expressions of trust a client can give. This result shows that our commitment to building long-term relationships and delivering practical, high-quality advice is being felt and appreciated by the people and organisations we represent.”
