Rebecca is a Partner in the Family Law team, based in our Altrincham office. She specialises in complex financial matters arising from divorce and separation, working with clients to resolve issues collaboratively.
Background & Expertise
Rebecca joined Aaron & Partners in June 2026 as a Partner in our Family Law team, having spent a decade at a law firm in Manchester. Her practice encompasses all aspects of family law, specialising in high-value, complex financial matters arising from divorce and cohabitation disputes, often involving pensions, trusts and business assets.
She has extensive experience working with professionals, business owners and high-net-worth individuals through all types of family matters, including injunctions, Children Act and Financial Remedy proceedings, as well as separation agreements for unmarried couples and cohabitation agreements. She is a Collaborative Lawyer and is a member of Resolution - a nationwide organisation committed to resolving family disputes collaboratively, with as little conflict as possible.
