We’ve reached an important milestone at Aaron & Partners, with our team growing to more than 200 people for the first time.
This marks a significant moment for our firm and reflects a sustained period of growth, driven by continued investment in our people, expertise and the legal services we provide to clients across the North West and beyond.
We have recently implemented a new senior leadership structure, whilst continuing to invest in strengthening our core service areas through a series of strategic appointments. This includes growth within our Restructuring and Insolvency team, alongside new hires across our Compliance and Real Estate teams, ensuring we can continue to meet increasing client demand with the right level of expertise.
We have also welcomed Robert Richards as a Partner in our Dispute Resolution team. Robert brings more than 15 years’ experience advising clients on commercial and property disputes, further strengthening our ability to support businesses and individuals facing complex legal challenges.
With offices in Cheshire, the Wirral, Shropshire and Greater Manchester, reaching 200 members of staff represents more than a milestone in headcount. It reflects our ongoing commitment to building a law firm that combines specialist expertise with a personal, client-focused approach. As demand for our services continues to grow across both our commercial and private client offering, we remain focused on delivering high-quality advice and positive outcomes.
