What you will be doing
You will be involved in a broad range of commercial dispute resolution matters, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Debt recovery
- Property litigation
You will:
- Manage your own caseload under supervision
- Support senior solicitors and partners on complex and high-value matters
- Build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and external providers
- Develop your knowledge across commercial and property litigation
- Contribute to business development, including networking and content creation

About you
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded solicitor who is keen to specialise in dispute resolution.
You will:
- Be newly qualified up to 2 years’ PQE
- Ideally have experience in commercial dispute resolution (or at least one litigation seat during training)
- Be confident and personable, with strong communication skills
- Demonstrate a client-focused approach and a commitment to high standards
- Be able to manage your workload effectively and work to deadlines
- Have strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work
- Contribute to business development and marketing activity
You will also have a positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine interest in developing your career in commercial litigation.
