Throughout all my dealings over the years I consider myself to have been very fortunate in having been advised by Mr Clive Pointon. He is absolutely professional but has the ability to make one feel at ease and able to explain the circumstances of the need to ask for his advice. His expertise has also been significant in my daughter’s provision for her handicapped child.

I have dealt almost entirely with Clive Pointon. He clearly is on top of his field and always up to date on the latest changes to estate planning, tax laws etc. His personality makes dealing with him a pleasure to the extent I regard him almost as a friend who is also my lawyer. He is always available either immediately or via a fast telephone response. He exudes trust.

Thank you once again for all your work on this matter. It only remains for me to thank you both for all of your work on [Client]'s behalf, both during her life and following her death, and for all that you have done to help me in the execution of her Will.

I felt a sharp sense of loss on opening your letter this morning, you have been such a tower of strength at a very painful time, always there when needed, always crystal clear in your advice, and all this with a light touch which concealed the very serious work you do. You have saved us a great deal of money too and for that I am grateful. If I need legal help in the future you will be the first person I turn to.
