Elliot joined Aaron & Partners in July 2026 as a Paralegal in our Employment Law team. Prior to joining the legal profession, Elliot worked as a Business Development Executive, where he developed extensive experience in business engagement, communications and relationship management. This commercial background has earned him valuable insight into the priorities and challenges faced by businesses.
In his role at Aaron & Partners, Elliot supports the Employment team across a broad range of employment law matters, working with private clients and businesses to build strong relationships while understanding their commercial objectives from the outset.
