Biography
James joined Aaron & Partners in September 2026 as a Solicitor in our Employment Law team. He is currently based in Shrewsbury.
During his training, James gained experience advising on a variety of employment issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters, settlement agreements, employment contracts and employment tribunal claims. He has assisted with workplace disputes and supported clients throughout the litigation process, developing a practical and commercially focused approach to employment law.
Having recently qualified, James will now be developing his practice in respondent employment work, advising employers on a range of employment matters.
