Background & Expertise
Megan graduated from the University of Manchester with a first-class law degree. She then completed her Legal Practice Course (with MSc in Law and Professional Legal Practice) at the University of Law, achieving a Distinction.
She joined Aaron & Partners as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2024 and qualified as a Real Estate Solicitor in September 2026.
Megan handles a variety of commercial and agricultural property matters, including the sale and purchase of land and buildings, commercial leases, agricultural and farm business tenancies. She also assists with land agreements, first registrations of unregistered land, easements and other property rights, as well as the granting, renewal and variation of leases and tenancies.
Her client base includes banks and borrowers, property investors, high-net-worth individuals and manufacturers.
Specialisms & Personal Achievements
During her training contract, Megan completed seats in our Planning, Energy, Environmental & Regulatory and Wills, Trusts & Tax teams, giving her valuable experience with matters involving mines and minerals rights and gifts being left to charities. She applies this knowledge to her role within our Real Estate team and will be expanding her expertise in the Charity sector going forward, particularly in relation to gifts of property to charities through wills.
Megan takes a thorough and conscientious approach to her work, combining attention to detail with an understanding of each client’s commercial objectives. She considers the wider implications of property transactions and tailors her advice to the individual circumstances and priorities of each client.
