Biography
Sarah Fecitt is a Partner in our Real Estate team, based in Altrincham.
Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and gained experience working in private practice at firms in Chelmsford, Birmingham and Manchester as well as in house at a property development and investment company in Cheshire. She joined Aaron & Partners as a Partner in November 2026.
Sarah advises on a wide range of commercial real estate matters transactions including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management and refinancing.
Sarah is known for her responsiveness, commerciality and for providing pragmatic advice.
Recent Work Examples
- Acting for the tenant in connection with a high value lease (with rent in excess of £1m pa) of newly refurbished office premises adjacent to Victoria Station in London.
- Acting for the tenant in connection with a high value lease (with rent in excess of £500k pa) of a new build manufacturing unit on a newly developed industrial estate.
- Acting for the tenant in connection with the grant of a sublease to a solar operator for the installation of solar panels at the client's manufacturing site which necessitated variations to the tenant's headlease as well as licences to sublet and alter.
- Acting for the tenant of office premises in central London with an agreement for lease conditional on landlord's works.
- Acting for the landlord owner of a hotel in respect of an agreement for lease conditional upon the proposed tenant obtaining planning permission to construct and use part of the hotel grounds as a padel tennis facility.
- Acting for the landlord in connection with multiple leasehold transactions at various retail parks throughout the North West.
- Acting for the purchaser of a £2m partly let industrial site at auction.
- Acting for the purchaser of a £3m partly let new build retail park.
