Background and Expertise
Ella graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2019 with an LLB in Law with Spanish Law, having also spent a year abroad at University of Seville, Spain. She later achieved a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course which was combined with a Masters degree at the University of Law.
Having spent her entire legal career with Aaron & Partners, Ella joined the firm in 2020 as a Paralegal before securing a training contract with us in 2021. She qualified as a Solicitor in December 2023 and was promoted to Associate in July 2025.
Specialisations and Personal Achievements
Ella advises on a variety of commercial disputes, with particular expertise in shareholder, company, and partnership conflicts, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Her experience also spans to employer/employee disputes, including post-termination conduct and professional negligence, and property disputes, with a particular focus on TOLATA matters.
Ella works closely with private individuals and SMEs, providing clear, commercially focused advice that reflects both the immediate dispute and the wider impact on her clients’ objectives. She is recognised for her ability to navigate challenging situations with clarity and confidence, offering practical solutions and guiding clients through each stage of the process. She has previously been involved with several complex High Court cases.
Ella is a key part of Aaron & Partners’ expanding focus on sports law, helping to shape and develop this emerging area of practice for the firm. She is also heavily involved in many of the firm’s charitable events, including running the Chester half-marathon for Hospice of the Good Shepherd.
