Aaron & Partners has appointed Joanne Parsons as Deputy Head of our Shrewsbury office, marking the next stage in our continued growth across Shropshire and the wider West Midlands.
Jo, a highly experienced Partner in the firm’s Real Estate team, will support Hugh Strickland, Partner and Head of the Shrewsbury office, in leading the firm’s operations from its Shropshire base.
Her appointment reflects our commitment to investing in our regional presence, strengthening our partner-led service, and continuing to provide specialist legal advice to businesses, individuals and families across the region.
A member of the Law Society’s Property Section Committee and Conveyancing & Land Law Committee, Jo brings more than 25 years’ legal experience to the role.
She has built an outstanding reputation for her work in residential conveyancing and development matters, and has previously held senior leadership roles within the residential real estate teams at both Thorntons Solicitors and Linder Myers.
Alongside her technical expertise, Jo has considerable experience in developing talent, managing teams and supporting strategic growth.
Her understanding of the Shropshire property market, combined with her proven ability to build long-term client relationships, will play an important role as the we continue to expand our services in the local area.
Former Deputy Head, Stephen Taylor, will step back from his office management responsibilities to focus on his role as a Dispute Resolution Partner in Shrewsbury, representing regional and national clients in complex commercial and property disputes. Stephen will also continue in his role as the firm’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
