Joseph is a Partner in our Real Estate team. He has significant experience in commercial real estate law, with an interest in agricultural and rural matters.
Background & Expertise
Joseph trained with a Chester-based firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2012. He gained experience working at firms in both Manchester and Chester, before joining Aaron & Partners in 2019 as an Associate Solicitor. He was promoted to Partner in August 2021.
Joseph advises on a wide range of real estate matters, including the sale and purchase of land and buildings, mortgages and refinancing for both lenders and borrowers, easements and property rights, and the granting, renewal, and variation of leases and tenancies. His expertise covers both registered and unregistered land.
He acts for a diverse client base, including banks and borrowers, property investors, high net-worth individuals and manufacturing companies.
