About the Role
This role reports into the Office Coordinator and combines two areas of support; general office support and Reception duties.
As Office Administrator you will:
- Carry out administration duties including photocopying, faxing, filing and scanning
- Ensure that day to day office tasks are completed, e.g stationery orders
- Provide fee earning teams with general secretarial support
- Support the reception team in delivering an excellent client experience; helping to prepare meeting rooms, welcoming clients and providing drinks
- Provide full reception cover when necessary e.g periods of holiday
Previous experience in a similar role is not essential; we are looking for someone with the ability and willingness to learn and develop their skills.
You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills who is at ease when dealing with clients and colleagues.
You will prioritise client needs; ensuring that you deliver an excellent level of service to all our clients as well as supporting the team to do so.
You will have the ability to prioritise daily tasks and undertake a number of tasks at any one time without compromising the level of service provided; demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
You will also have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
