As a Legal Secretary in the central support team you will need to provide a high standard of secretarial service in:
• Provide a high standard of secretarial service across all teams in the production and processing of legal documents and correspondence
• General administration duties including photocopying, faxing, filing and scanning across all teams
• Handling telephone enquiries and directing accordingly
• Working with the fee earners to close files in a timely manner
• Providing reception cover
You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as a member of a team. Organisational skills are essential for this role. You will have the ability to manage and prioritise your work; with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
