Beth is a Paralegal in the Real Estate department and supports the team on both commercial and residential matters.
Background and Expertise
Beth graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2022 with an LLB Law degree. She also completed the Legal Practice Course combined with a Masters at the University of Law in July 2023.
Beth joined Aaron & Partners in 2023 and will begin her role as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2024.
Specialisms and Personal Achievements
When assisting senior members of the team, Beth has liaised with developers in relation to the sale of new build properties, with a focus on plot sales and registering charges. She has also worked on matters for individuals and LLP’s.
Beth communicates with clients daily to progress their matters from initial contact to completion with a qualified member of the team. She is a forward-thinking individual who identifies potential problems before they arise.
Example of recent work
- Beth assisted with a large refinancing matter for a national new build developer and made sure the new processes work well for the business.
