Background & Expertise 

Prior to starting her legal career, Brittany trained at prestigious institutions such as The Royal Ballet School in London and Elmhurst Ballet School in Birmingham. However, she ultimately decided to pursue law, where she discovered a fulfilling blend of problem-solving and critical analysis. 

Brittany studied at the University of Chester, where she completed her Law degree. She went on to gain experience at another Chester-based law firm, working as a Paralegal and contributing towards Wills, Trusts & Tax and conveyancing matters. 

In March 2023, Brittany joined Aaron & Partners as a Paralegal, and will begin her training contract in September 2024.  

 

Specialisms & Personal Achievements 

Brittany's responsibilities at Aaron & Partners are broad in scope, with a focus on non-contentious legal matters involving high net worth private clients. She plays a vital role in the Wills, Trusts & Tax team, where she assists her colleagues by drafting Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney documents, handling estate administration, and dealing with Court of Protection matters.  

Brittany builds strong relationships with her clients, displaying empathy and understanding for their often complex and emotional situations. Recognising that each client's circumstances are unique, she tailors her advice and solutions to meet their specific needs, ensuring that she always acts in their best interests.
