Background & Expertise
Matt graduated from the University of Chester with a degree in Law with Business,. before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course combined with a Masters in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law, gaining a distinction grade.
He first joined Aaron & Partners in February 2022 as a Paralegal in our Commercial Real Estate team, before completing his training contract with us and qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2024. Following a short career break to travel, Matt returned to Aaron & Partners in July 2026 to join our Corporate & Commercial team.
Specialisations and Personal Achievements
Matt advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, company reorganisations and shareholder agreements. He works primarily with SMEs across both the private and public sectors, helping businesses navigate complex transactions with clear, pragmatic advice and a strong commercial focus.
Matt takes a personable approach to all the matters he is involved with, communicating complex legal issues in a clear and straightforward way. He takes the time to understand each client's commercial objectives, delivering pragmatic and commercially driven advice that supports informed decision-making through every stage of a transaction.
