It was not an easy decision to sell our business when we were approached, but once we had agreed, we knew we’d need high quality legal advice to see us over the line. Our business provided help and support for providers of school-aged childcare, such as breakfast clubs, holiday clubs, and after school clubs.  There is a huge amount of information for such providers to digest and a host of regulatory information and guidelines to familiarise themselves with and adhere to.  Our business helped providers navigate through this maze. After running the business for nearly 12 years, we were already starting to think that it was time to hand it over to a fresh pair of hands who could drive it forwards, when a spate of serious illnesses and accidents within our immediate families, confirmed that now was time to sell.
