
About Lynda Richards
Lynda qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and is a personal tax and trusts lawyer. She advises individuals and trustees on all aspects of tax, trust, estate and succession planning.
Lynda has particular expertise in advising business owners, land owners and high net-worth individuals on organising their estates to minimise exposure to inheritance tax. Lynda also advises on the creation and administration of charitable trusts. As a keen equestrian, Lynda also advises on non-contentious equine related matters, such as loan and livery agreements.
Lynda is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is described by the UK Legal 500 as “excellent – absolutely able, thorough and efficient”. Lynda is also a member of the Birmingham branch of the STEP committee.
