The Mayor of Shrewsbury, Councillor Jon Tandy, was among more than 75 guests who attended the official launch of Aaron & Partners’ Shrewsbury office, which took place at Shrewsbury Town Football Club on Tuesday 25 June.
Chief Executive Officer, Andy Duxbury, said, “The positive reception we’re getting from the business community in Shropshire is very encouraging. I believe it shows that Aaron & Partners is bringing a new and different mix of services to the areas for the first time. Aaron & Partners aims to quickly establish itself as an integral part of the vibrant business scene in Shropshire and we look forward to forging fruitful new relationships in the months to come.
“Having announced our acquisition of Bennett’s Legal only six weeks earlier, it was wonderful to have so many guests attend for our official launch in the town. We now have a presence in Shrewsbury, where our client base has been growing for some time. We will be able to expand into new markets and deliver specialist legal services across Shropshire and beyond.”
Thom Kennedy, the event’s guest speaker, described Shropshire as an entrepreneurial and resilient county that is outperforming the country overall. He went on to highlight several local companies that despite all the challenges facing Shropshire businesses at this time are on-going local success stories.”
Guests included Shropshire-based businesses from sectors including banking, accountancy, financial advisers, surveyors, insurance, real estate and transportation, as well as journalists, retail, marketing, and PR.
Aaron & Partners is the leading commercial law firm with offices in Chester, Manchester & Shrewsbury and over 100 members of staff. It offers specialist legal services covering both business and personal areas.
