This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team.

To be considered for the role you will have ideally at least 2 years PQE and have experience in personal and corporate insolvency work. 

Confidence and strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport with clients and deliver an excellent level of service.

Strong organisational skills are required to manage a number of cases at once, together with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right the first time.

A willingness to contribute to the team, and firm’s, marketing and business development activities—such as attending social and networking events, will also be highly valued.

Key People 

Mark Davies and Katy Seago as partners, along with the rest of the team, have extensive experience and a nationwide client base of insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, ABL’s and Local Authorities.

The team has full membership with R3, The Association of Business Recovery Professionals, and Mark Davies is currently the Vice-Chair for the Northwest branch of R3. The team, and a number of individuals within the team, are also recognised within independent legal directories such as Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

This is a full-time position based either at our Altrincham or Chester office with the flexibility of some home working.
