About the role

We are looking for an individual who can handle client financial matters, offering a high level of care as well as ensuring compliance.  You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of matters, including time recording, billing and debtor management.  You will be providing administrative support especially trust accounts, income and capital gains returns. 

You will be involved assisting with subjects relating to clients affairs, estates and assets, along with managing the deputyships, incoming matters and diary management. 

You will need to have either bookkeeping experience or experience of working in a finance function managing client accounts.  You will also have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and TaxCalc.

You will be a confident person with good communication skills and the ability to work well as a member of a team.

You will have the ability to manage and prioritise your work; with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Wills, Trusts and Tax team has an enviable reputation and is ranked in the independent legal guide The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.  The team specialises in protecting the assets and wealth of high net worth individuals through inheritance and capital gains tax planning, the creation and management of trusts and by the preparation of tax efficient wills.

All solicitors in the team are encouraged to be involved with STEP or ACTAPS, both of which reflect the high quality and complex work that the team undertakes for its clients.
