What you will be doing
As an Employment Law Paralegal, you will support the team across a broad range of matters, including:
- Drafting letters of advice and supporting documentation
- Assisting fee earners in managing employment law matters from inception through to completion
- Preparing bundles and supporting documentation for Employment Tribunal hearings
- Gathering client information and preparing initial file summaries
- Conducting legal research when required
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and responding to routine enquiries
- Managing diaries, appointments and workflow deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), GDPR and regulatory requirements
- Opening new files and completing client onboarding procedures
- Recording time accurately and assisting with billing matters where required

About you
We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and enthusiastic about developing a career in employment law.
You will:
- Have previous experience within a legal environment, ideally in employment law
- Have experience drafting legal correspondence and documentation
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and file management skills
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client service
